Presentation of Anti-X Silverguard® Mask Covers
Hong Kong, July 6, 2022

Today, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park celebrated its 20th anniversary. On this occasion a revolutionary new Silver mask cover was presented, to help in the current and future pandemics.

The celebration took place in the attendance of:

Mr. Tienniu TAN – Vice Minister of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR
Mr. Sunny CHAI- Chairman of the HKSTP
and over thousand entrepreneurs.

In the exciting event, previews of innovative new masks developments were presented by the most reputable Hong Kong mask manufacturers.

Shan Ho Asia Pacific Limited, in partnership with KC Wearable Technologies Srl. in Italy presented the Anti-X Silverguard® mask cover called Infinity. This new innovation was highly praised by the audience.

The Infinity Mask Cover is made of woven and knitted metallized polyamide textiles with a pure and natural silver content of over 20%. The corresponding high emission of silver ions results in the fastest viral and bacterial destruction ever discovered in a textile. The Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Venice (IZSVe) was astonished at these results, when this rapid effect was detected and then certified.

The ingenious idea of Shan Ho Asia Pacific Limited was then to use this material to design a range of mask coverings, which are worn in combination with filtration masks, for maximum protection. For the first time the high filtration performance of N99 or FFP2 masks can be enhanced with highly effective and very fast viral and bacterial destruction.

In the past months, the amazing properties of the Anti-X Silverguard® Mask Covers have been analysed and validated by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and the Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Bureau.

Shan Ho Asia Pacific Ltd. has relocated to HKSTP’s TAI PO INNOPARK early this year and organized large scale capacities in all production steps. Full scale production has already commenced for governments, institutions, employers and fashion companies. Also, consumers can directly obtain the product at www.anti-x.co.

Proudly announces the development of the KC Power Belt

We are very excited to announce the successful development of the “KC Powerbelt”.

Since almost six years, we have been developing new ways in which consumers can re-charge smartphones “on the go”, inside garments or with innovative accessories like wallets, notebook covers and handbags. This whole time we had the goal of also developing a belt which is a power source, but this was never possible. Last year we began working with flexible lithium batteries and this was the breakthrough we needed. We produced these thin and flexible lithium cells in long strips and began working on the development of a belt buckle that would house the energy management system, an indicator light and Type-C input/output port.

Our work is now completed. The length of this elegant leather belt provides a capacity of 2000 mAh, enough to fully recharge a medium sized smartphone, while conveniently placed in pants pockets.

All required testing has been extremely successful. We found that the KC Powerbelt is far superior in safety compared to ordinary powerbanks, because there is no solid housing which can put pressure on the lithium cells.

We are now ready to provide the clothing industry with the customized production of this new product.

Patent Announcement- Wireless Charging Pocket

In our case, it has been a long wait since 2017, when we invented the Wireless Charging Pocket and filed an international patent application. This week, in June 2022 we have finally received the patent.

This now makes it much easier for our customers to use this amazing innovation, as they no longer need to worry about whether this feature in their product could collide with other patents. Now they are completely safe and no longer need to run global patent searches.

The Wireless Charging Pocket has been used in jackets, overcoats, uniforms, handbags and backpacks, often in combination with other features like heating or illumination. In each case our customers were really excited and reported back great success stories.

Sustainability with Wearable Technologies

The massive overproduction of disposable clothing is still ongoing, but forward-thinking managers all over the world are realizing that this will not continue.

Both consumers and legislators will soon cause significant reductions in both volume and wastage.

Product Video on the Smart Headwear and Eyewear

Part four of our Product Video Series on Wearable Technologies is now available. In this episode we spend a few minutes describing the product ranges of Smart Head- and Eyewear.

The integration of sound systems in hats, beanies and caps is another example of how ordinary fashion products can be made more functional and exciting. We provide the readymade hats in private label production, or just the sound systems as components, for integration. We work with three types of sound systems. There are wireless speakers, earplugs, and vibration emitters.

The last of the three is completely new. It is based on what is becoming known as “bone conducting technology”. The sound is no longer transmitted through sound waves but through vibration. The hat creates a direct contact of a vibration emitter to the upper cheekbone, resulting in crystal clear sound – without the use of earplugs. For customers this is a totally new experience, as they hear music or a phone call, while also still hearing their surroundings.

This new technology is also featured in our range of sunglasses, along with other functions, including an integrated camera for pictures and videos.
